A Women’s Weekend Retreat to Kindle the Fire Within

Are you longing for a weekend of serenity to refresh your body, mind, and spirit while reigniting the fire within you?

If the answer is yes, we warmly invite you to the Kindred Soulfire Retreat, hosted by Yoga Love of Honeoye Falls, One with All, and Earth Hands Co.

This private home retreat features a 10-acre paradise with a meditative babbling brook, an indoor hot tub and dry sauna, and a giant fire circle. With over 6,000 SF of space, the home includes private and shared rooms, a large community kitchen, and space for yoga and relaxation. We invite you to settle into peace and quiet with us for yoga, herbs, wellness and more as we kindle our feminine fire.

Our Weekend Home Away From Home

Nestled in the breathtaking Finger Lakes region, this retreat is a sacred gathering to honor and celebrate the divine feminine spirit.

What is the divine feminine spirit?

The divine feminine spirit is a powerful and sacred energy that embodies the essence of creation, intuition, love, creativity, compassion, vulnerability, and authenticity. In yoga philosophy, this dynamic force is referred to as Shakti—a radiant, empowering energy that resides within all beings. Shakti often reveals itself in moments of deep connection and awareness, whether through meditation, asana practice, time in nature, creative expression, or any activity that unites the body, mind, and spirit.

In our modern society, there exists an imbalance between the masculine and feminine energies. A pervasive sense of scarcity and urgency has taken root, pressuring us to constantly strive, achieve, and do more. This relentless drive often overwhelms the nervous system and dims the inner fire that fuels our vitality.

During our time together, we will rekindle this sacred feminine flame, nurturing a sense of balance, presence, and wholeness. Through intentional breath, movement, and awareness, we will honor and breathe life back into this empowering energy, reconnecting with the divine feminine spirit within us all.

What to Expect
Together, we will immerse ourselves in transformative practices that nurture the body, psyche, and spirit. Experience the healing power of:

  • Yoga to root and uplift

  • Herbal medicine to connect with Mother Earth’s wisdom

  • Sound therapy to harmonize, balance, and restore

  • Earthing to ground, immerse the senses, and inspire the soul

  • Creative expression to awaken the inner artist

  • Nourishing food to fuel and comfort

Honoring Ayurvedic Wisdom
Rooted in the ancient science of Ayurveda, the sister science of Yoga, this retreat incorporates seasonal and daily practices to harmonize your body and mind with the rhythms of nature. From grounding routines to seasonal food practices, we’ll explore ways to align with the elements for greater balance and vitality.

A Sanctuary for All Women
Come just as you are. This retreat is a welcoming space for women of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds. Whether you are new to these practices or have years of experience, you'll find a supportive environment where you can grow, connect, and shine at your own pace.

Our intention is to create a warm, inviting space for women to celebrate their unique journeys, deepen their connection with themselves and others, and leave feeling renewed, inspired, and empowered.
